RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR WEBSITE REGISTRATION GIVE-A-WAY CARLISLE COATINGS & WATERPROOFING INCORPORATED (CCWI) Summary of rules and regulations. Must be 18 years or older to register and win. By registering on the CCW website you are automatically entered to win one of three prizes. Only one registration per person is allows as an entry. Winners will be drawn on April 11th, June 11th and August 11th. The prize structure will be an MP3 music player on April 11th, a digital picture frame on June 11th and a 32 LCD HDTV on August 11th. Winners will be selected at random between each prize selection period. Winners are notified via email and their prize is sent via standard ground service. The sweepstakes ends August 11th, 2008. OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES. Sponsor. Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing Incorporated (CCWI) Eligibility. No purchase necessary to enter the contest and win. A contestant’s odds of winning will not be improved as a result of any purchase. The contest is open to all lawful residents of the United States, age 18 or older. Contestants may win only once. By entering, contestants agree to these official rules. Overall chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. Employees and immediate family members of CCWI and Carlisle SynTec Incorporated are not eligible to participate. Entry. Contestants may enter the contest by registering with the contestant’s full name, address, telephone number, email address and age the CCW website. Contestants must provide name, complete mailing address, and telephone number on the form, or the form will be rejected. The contest sponsor will not be responsible for the inability to select winners because of system failure, equipment failure, or data storage failure. Winners. There will be three winners. Winners are chosen by random drawing every eight (8) weeks based on the tiered prize structure referenced above. If any of the winners fails to meet any eligibility requirement herein, that prize will not be awarded, but the contest will be extended until all prizes have been awarded. The contest sponsor will attempt to contact each winner, and winners will have 14 days from the date of announcement to verify identity and eligibility. Winners must show proof of identification and may be asked to sign legal documents, including a release of liability of the contest sponsor from any and all liability related to this contest and the receipt and use of the prize. By entering, winners agree to allow the contest sponsor to publicize their names and likenesses for purposes of this and future promotions without compensation. Prizes.
